About

About The Journey

Hello and welcome to In Other Words, LLC.  I’m Renée Ahee, owner of In Other Words, where words, whether written or oral, video or print, motivate, inspire, change behavior.

My life’s work has been communications.  Humans are the only species on the planet able to communicate with words.  And words cause action.  That’s what I’m about…causing action among your customers, employees, the community, frankly, all your stakeholders.

In Other Words is the successor to Ahee Communications.  I’ve been in the world of public relations and marketing my entire career and in the business of public relations, communications and marketing since 1999.  I spent several years on the corporate side of PR and Marketing and Investor Relations and several years running nonprofit organizations.

And recently, I was named a Fulbright Specialist by the U.S. State Department to assist institutions and organizations in other countries with their communications, marketing and public relations challenges.

Satisfied Clients

My clients over the years have included large companies and organizations, such as international banks, auto manufacturers, and colleges and universities; large and small nonprofit organizations; medium-sized and small businesses; and individuals.  With great success, we’ve garnered media attention, motivated students to go for their goals, educated staff on new procedures, executed multi-level crisis communications plans, planned major events and conventions, inspired audiences.

In The Toolbox
